***We found this kitty a forever home. Thanks to everyone for helping us get the word (and photo) out.**

We need to find a home for a quiet, affectionate, sweet kitty who we've temporarily named "Calico Kitty". We're in Ajijic. I've attached a link to a photo of her below:

A couple of days before we found Orange Kitty a home, a beautiful calico female, who looks to be about a year old, appeared at our door (apparently, word spread that we were big suckers!). Orange Kitty and Calico Kitty clearly knew each other and spent time rubbing noses, hanging out and snuggling. Orange Kitty has been delivered to his forever home so now we're turning our attention to finding Calico Kitty a nice home.

Calico Kitty is petite and in very good nick, only showing a little skinniness from time spent outdoors. She is loving and lovable and spends her time around humans knitting and accepting heaps of caresses. She is normally very quiet but has been known to occasionally exhibit the cutest meow, one you have to watch for since almost nothing is emitted from her mouth but an adorable breathy “mew”. Calico Kitty will require a trip to the vet for the usual, including spaying, flea meds, worming, vaccinations and the like, but once outfitted promises to provide a lifetime of care and affection.

Would you be willing to open your home to this wonderful young lady? If so, please PM us so we can set up a time for you to visit. We’re currently feeding her and giving her lots of love but we’ll shortly ride away on bicycles so, like Orange Kitty, we can’t keep her (even though we’d adopt her in a heartbeat).

Looking forward to another successful adoption ~ Sheila & Kai

Calico Kitty Update

Just a quick update to let folks know we gave Calico Kitty a dose of Frontline Plus so she is now flea- (plus larvae and egg) free. She's benefiting from regular meals too and is the process of fattening up nicely. We'd give her a bath but she doesn't need one! :)

Cost Sharing Offer

We hereby offer to split the cost of spaying (if she requires it) and worming with a new owner. We are offering this in the hopes it makes her more attractive for adoption.

Thanks!
