This is where they tell what things will be tested on the car. Remember this is an English translation of the Spanish. "Engine fluids must be at their level (oils and antifreeze). The tires must be in good condition and with the correct pressure. Cooling hoses must be in good condition. Previous mechanical maintenance is recommended. We asked at the testcenter and the most reasons a car doesn't pass is the exhaust, leaking fluids and taps other then original caps. (Milk bottle caps etc) I didn't see them checking tires however.
