stantheman
Tried 2 well-known tree companies, both of whom say that they don't do any palm tree spraying. So, looking for a company or person who does this kind of work. Would be grateful for any contact information or details?
Mainecoons
What are you spraying for?
sm1mex
There is a beetle that kills palm trees. Perhaps that is the problem.
ibarra
Our gardener sprays ours for bugs periodically.
bmh
The bugs that kill the palm trees are huge abd if you are very quiet and put you ear on the tree you can hear them chew the heart of the tree. They are in the crown of the tree. I lost a bey old and beautiful palm tree to them.. I would think that if the palm is tall there is not much chance of stopping that bug, biut I do not know.. I saw the bug when we cut the palm down and it is huge..nothing that a little spraying by a gardner is going to kill.
stantheman
Mainecoons; want to spray our palm trees as a general precaution against any disease or insect, especially the black beetle. Palm tree in neighbor's garden is starting to look infected with something (all leaves turning yellow) and we want to protect against the spread of anything bad! econ man
Chapala Tree won't spray but will physically put insecticide on the tree, up in the branches for Lady palms, at the base for Royal palms. Check with them and see if that will work for you, re pets etc.
