cedros
I had an operation and the Doc says I need lots of gauze to prevent blood from staining sheets, towels, clothes, etc. The largest I have found are 10 x 10 cm. Does anyone know where I can find larger ones? The Doc has not been helpful.

Last night I put a large beach towel over my bottom sheet and it was fine. May 51 minutes ago, Ferret said: Also Farmacia Cristina in the Bugambilias Mall. Ferret
I doubt the medical supply place in west Ajijic has gauze. It is more of an equipment and aid kinda place. The squares are pretty standard. If you cut the tape in two strips (top and bottom) and lay it down sticky side up, you can overlap the squares. Pick up the tape and put it in place. You can then do it again and put another layer on top for added protection. Healing wounds and caring for them got me more experience than I will ever need. Edited to add: do not use alcohol to clean the wound. I used Microdaycin. Microdacyn 60 Solution 240ml (farmaciasguadalajara.com) and this is also available at Farmacia Cristina. cedros
It was on my backside so I could not dress the wound. I did not need to buy anything.
