Slow RE market at Lakeside?

I will be meeting an O'Rourke relative tomorrow. I will ask him. Haven't heard about Lloyd for many years, I think their wheeler dealers are long gone. My parents had a lot of investments in Lloyd in Puerto Vallarta. A lot of people think Lloyd's, as in Lloyd's of London, but no connection at all. In fact Lloyd's of London has faced bankruptcy many times taking bad underwriting conditions.

I think there is a problem getting enough listings to sell at the moment.  In our near 14 years here this is not the first time this has happened.

Much of the new construction seems to me to be a step down in location and quality.  I'm surprised that anyone would want to live in some multi unit thing right up against the carretera.  It will be interesting to see if this stuff sells.  It looks a lot like what you see in GDL, maybe that is their intended market.

I think you are correct, GDL is their intended market, and they will sell.  :(
