bmh Posted January 10, 2022 Report Share Posted January 10, 2022 Just do not travel on which ever day you cannot teavel or take the arco norte to puebla frlm atlajomulco and you do nothave to worry about it.. Nothing necessary needed except for the 50p something toll i never got a pass to go to west of Toluca but maybe I got lucky because I do not drive on the hoy no circula day Ask at the toll when you leave Michoacan they will tell you.
