Eric Blair
My wife says go to private doctor because she doesn't trust the vaccine given by the government. Thoughts (other than about my wife's reasoning)?
johanson
MY MISTAKE, ERIK WAS TALKING ABOUT FLU SHOTS I didn't know you could get a vaccine shot from a private doctor. I thought all Covid19 vaccine shots were being handled by the government. It's time to get my 6 months booster shot and I thought I was going to have to wait another month before getting mine when I go up North. bournemouth
It probably comes down to three strain (Gov't) v four strain (private) I opted to pay and receive the four strain.
bournemouth
Just now, johanson said: I didn't know you could get a vaccine shot from a private doctor. I thought all Covid19 vaccine shots were being handled by the government. Pete, the OP is talking about flu shots.
Mostlylost
Eric your wife paranoid. If you are ok with the trivent which covers the majority of strains (or they wouldn't manufacture it) that is given free in the government med centers is fine. Remember on the best years any flue vaccine even the 4 strain is barely at 50% efficacy.
