If you want plain baked ones, I had been getting at Las Chulas frutería on the carretera in Ajijic just east of Colon on the mountain side. Have been spotty of late, but they thought they'd get in more on Friday. Quien sabe. If they have them they are usually in a wooden crate in front of the cashier. Or just ask for camotes cocidos.
