It even has it's own overpass. Later other subdivisions have used the name ie; Lomas de Santa Anita, Colinas de Santa Anita. Some business and plazas have put Santa Anita in their name because they are in the area of the Santa Anita subdivision which for many years was very south of the population and used by us as a reference point. ie; Galerias Santa Anita The turf farm referred to by the other posters is in Santa Cruz de los Flores. There is a Santa Anita sign beside the turf farms. It sounds like Santa Anita is a sudivison, golf course and an area that produces turf.
