DRIVERS LICENSE RENEWAL

That is a great way to approach that, since my experience with the staff there last February was horrible.   They made me go back home twice, since my phone bill said I had 4 pages to it, when only 3 existed, did not even have a blank page to count as page 4. 

I am sure use of Luis can avoid some staff attitudes like that.

I forgot to mention that he went there for me to get the appointment.I didn't need to do it by computer.

Luis is a wonderful young man. I cannot tell you the number of times he helped us when my hubby was sick. He drove me to hospital visits and my hubby to Doctor's appointments. He helped us with renewal of drivers' licenses, he paid taxes and he paid car license renewals. He is kind, prompt, honest, efficient. A true gentleman.
