I haven't used Norton in over 15 years.
Just as an FYI to all.

You must not be too popular haha  I get something at least once a week. Amazon, Paypal,  Bank of Canada, and many more. I just report them to the the corresponding companies fraud department then mark as spam

Any emails you receive from any company asking for anything  it is safer to go their website and log in.
