Alpha1
What is the current price of propane?
happyjillin
It's a big expense but since I need it and can't do anything about the price I just pay the piper. pedro kertesz

Whipstock
I believe the price controls brought in at the start of the month are different for each state. https://today.in-24.com/News/191678.html

Mostlylost
The maximum price is posted each week for each municipality in Mexico. This week 15-21 August Chapala maximum is $13.09 per liter https://www.gob.mx/cms/uploads/attachment/file/661927/PRECIOS_M_X_VIGENTES_15_21_AGOSTO_2021.pdf

I just dug up a receipt from August 2019 (2 years ago) and the price was 8.83 pesos a liter...quite an increase!!!
Mostlylost
About 40% percent of gas liquado LPG is derived from crude oil. When crude oil price rises so will gas liquado. The price of crude oil (WTI) June 14 2019 was $52.51. The same reporting week June 18 2021 it was $71.64. a 36+% increase. So it would seem our 45+% increase in price here is more than it should be.
