dr gabriel Martinez does not operate on back. He did a great job on my shoulder so when I had a sciatic problem , i went to him and he told me he did not do back  .He looked at my MRI and referred me to the other orthopec in Quality care..That one is a surgeon. Both told me I needed surgery .I did not do it went to dr Gonzales who injected me with cortison and told me that I needed surgery. He operate on backs as well. Did not have surgery and a year later I am still looking for alternatives.

I suffered back pain for more than ten years and then I did Tai Chi for about a year and the pain went away. It’s been more than twenty years and I haven’t had back pain since. I don’t know if Tai Chi helped or not

Ross is Gonzales' son and they are both of the same mind as to be as unobtrusive as possible. To them surgery is the last resort when all else fails. Both are available at HSA and I have been treated by both-No surgery.

I found Dr. Ross to be a very open-minded individual. He approached my input pragmatically rather than being dismissive like most MDs.
