On GOOGLE: 332-785-0259. It has been established many times on here that the Quality Care landline is not functional. I have been a patient of his for several years and have his cell# in case of an emergency.

Thank you for your reply.  I finally was able to reach someone at one of the cell numbers.  The clerk did say the land lines don't work.  It seems to me they should be removed from their contact information on their site as I (and probably others) who don't know that keep calling and wasting our time.

QC moved several months ago. They have been relentlessly contacting TelMex to hook up their land lines but TelMex has failed. Cell numbers used are 332 785 0259. Second choice 332 050 4009. These work.

This is really a lot of trouble. I have called those numbers many times today and no answer.  It's good that they work for you, but obviously no consistency.

Then just go to their office. The parking there is easy.

Assumption - that the OP has a car.

My wife cabs it when necessary because she doesn't drive and for obvious reason, doesn't use the buses under the recent circumstances -so no assumption on my part-eh!

Thank you Chillin.  I did not know that.

I did drive to QC's office as it was the only way to get in touch.  They are aware of all the phone issues, even with the cell phones......

I think they are doing the best they can since Telmex has failed them getting their land line working for months. I have also had no answer on cell #  but after a couple of tries they have answered. I think when they are on the cell phone with a patient it either rings or there is  a Spanish message. Keep trying and they will answer.
