Mexican real estate in US Trust

I can't say with absolute certainty but I doubt it.  How do you enforce a US document in Mexico?

A Mexican Will might be better suited?

Only do it you are very wealthily and have a large property you want to protect, and can absorb the yearly costs and are connected major international tax firm who can handle any complexities.

I am not a lawyer, but did look into that and this is what I learned.  US has no jurisdiction in Mexico and vice versa, so US assets go into US Trust and Mexican assets handled with Mexican Will. I don't know anything about Mexican trusts, do not now if there is any benefit to creating this entity.

Suggest you get Notario advice for Mexican assets.
