CHILLIN
Quite the change in weather. Because of our mile high location. For many years doctors recommended a move to dry, warm locations for anyone suffering long term pain or illness. Then someone decided to fund a study. They concluded that cool (not cold or freezing) and humid was the best for long term human health and longevity. The reckoning is that your nasal and breathing works much better in this climate. Better eliminating germs and dust which stimulate inflammation. No surprise, this was a British study, but anyways. Still a surprise to me, the first place where I have lived, including the North and Shetland Isles, where I feel I want throw a couple logs on the fire, at the end of June.
