gringohombre
I know that there is a highly recommended attorney on this board but not sure that he specializes in business matters. I have been doing business here long before my move full time here 14 years ago and am a Residente Permanente. I have been very successful wholesaling traditional Mexican arts and crafts, home and garden products and more. My business is registered in the US with a business bank there. I would like to look into how to transit this business into a legal Mexican operation. Thanks for any recommendations or thoughts on this. Find out if Spencer can do it for you by actually talking to him about what you want. I suspect that he can provide the service you need. I have a legal US business with an office in México. I want to explore the idea of converting it to a Mexican business since I live here and intend to for the foreseeable future.
