To reseal, repair them, with a clear acrylic sealer is more difficult because it is done by hand. I would be surprised to see the actual tiles being dirty, unless they are unglazed, which would be very unusual. If there are stains, there are a couple tricks, maybe some custom grinding powder. I have cleaned restored at least 18 floors of 100 year old fired ceramic tiles, terracotta, and marble units. It is expensive work but it sure looks nice. Will last another 100 years if you take care of it. I also have 100's of raw organic pigments for color matching, never fades in the sun. Trade a horse for work well done?!!?
