Car AC Service needed

I’m looking for a reference for who can recharge the AC in my Honda CRV.

Escalera which is just about opposite S&S Auto on the highway in Riberas. They have certain days when an air conditioning expert comes from Guadalajara so phone and make an appointment accordingly.

Roberto at Hernandez Llantera (beside Tony's) also calls an A/C specialist from Guadalajara to come to his shop.

And sometimes you may not need the specialist. I had to replace the battery in my car last spring. I mean dead as a doornail (two days in a row) and they came to my house to boost the battery so I could get it in to be serviced. While I was in Escalera, I asked them to check my AC because it most definitely wasn't as cold as before. Holy smokes! The DIRTIEST air conditioning filter in the world! Musta been a 1/2 inch of crap on it. They changed the filter and my AC works like a dream now.

Yes.... called a Cabin Air Filter. Many/most folks don't even know it exists.  And about the easiest filter to change in a car... and not that expensive.  Once I purchased a US car Lakeside to take north and it had, in addition to tons of crap, on top of the Cabin Air Filter a..... dead bird!
