Mostlylost Posted March 8, 2021 Report Share Posted March 8, 2021 https://mx.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/passport-services/ You can renew your passport at the Embassy using this program if your most recent passport: Is submitted with your application Is undamaged (other than normal “wear and tear”) Was issued when you were age 16 or older Was issued within the last 15 years Was issued in your current name (or you can document your name change with an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order) Was issued either as a 10-year regular validity passport book OR was issued as a limited validity emergency passport within the last year and you were advised at the time of issuance that you were eligible to replace it free of charge. Completed form using black ink 2. Proper 2"X2" color passport photo (NO GLASSES) 3. Your current passport and a copy 4.A pre paid Fed Ex envelope purchased at IShop in San Antonio (short block East from Super Lake) Originating address: US Consulate calle Progreso 175, Col Americana, Americana, 44100 Guadalajara, Jal. 5.Payment in CASH ONLY either US dollars or Mexican pesos at the current monthly rate. Please contact ACSGDL@state.gov for emergency assistance. Services are offered by appointment only at the U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara. Click here for information and to make an appointment. Contact the LCS person in that post, Norm Pifer for info; may save you a trip to the consulate.
