Floradude 255
Earlier today a friend was denied access to Multiva because she is over 60. Our local charity banks with Multiva and as the President she wanted to make a deposit. They were adamant and would not let her in the bank. My poor understanding of the rules was that even during the previous month restriction we could go to the banks? Certain now this should be permitted.

That illegal restriction was removed as of Saturday. Someone needs to clue these folks in.
ea93105 275
I recently opened a Multiva account because of problems with Bancomer only to find out that their debit card cannot be used for online purchases...if it isn't one thing its another. Will Intercam allow use of debit cards for online purchases ?
daisy2013 277
Using your Bancomer credit card online is secure. You go online and get a temporary number for that transaction this way no one can use your card. It works great I love this security.
Mostlylost 1,485
BBVA customer for longer than I can remember. Never had a problem. My credit card is accepted everywhere worldwide. No signing receipts just enter code. As Daisy said digital card generated for online purchases that is only good for 5 minutes either my credit or debit card. I receive a text whenever the card is charged. Use points to fill gas tank a few times a year.

They say that they will, but my experience is that it is almost always declined. I have tried it on Amazon.mx and Mercadolibre many times, and it has worked maybe twice. #HarryB 195
I was at Multiva yesterday and paid my phone bill and made a withdrawal using my debit card. Perhaps there were a number of people inside. They do limit the number of people as do other banks.

slainte39 1,717
You can pay other bank credit cards at Multiva without a fee if you are a client. I pay my Banamex credit card there as well as the Multiva C.C., as it saves looking for a parking space at Banamex in Chapala.
artsnob 437
i wonder if l can transfer money to my Banamex account.I usually do it at Oxxo but their system is being revamped, and do for another week or two.
John Shrall 341
You can transfer money from Multiva to BBVA on your phone so you should be able to do the same for Banamex. The caveat is that transfers only work using the cell phone app. Can't do it from the portal or at least I haven't found it yet.
