Guiness 411
I am inquiring about the cost of hiring a personal Homecare assistance to help my parents, both with Parkinson's. Duties would include light meal prep, assisting with personal hygiene, approx. 4 hours per day, 6 or 7 days a week in Chapala. If you have info or contact info, I would be greatful for the help. Thank you in advance and Happy New Year to all.
lakeside7 965
There are many savy, capable, Mexican ladies who do not have any "medical credentials" but have the skills and talents to take care of your parents ( as they do in many " nursing homes " here) BUT you could never get them for the pittance they pay them. You may need one or two people mother and daughter, and my guess is 600-800pesos a day ,really depends on the amount of attention..good luck
Dostortas 166
We had a temporary caregiver, 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, 60 pesos an hour. She has full time employment now or otherwise I would recommend her to you. Not sure if you’re on Facebook but I have seen some recommendations for caregivers on some of the local group pages. Best of luck to you.
