CHILLIN
Since there are a few people interested in this topic, here is a long, but very insightful article about the rise of curry houses in Britain. They are different than Indian restaurants, but that is covered too. Maybe, as a previous posted article, specialist restaurants may have to expand into groceries, teaching, in order to prosper. There is definitely a large market in Guadalajara, where an Indian professor ran a grocery store, but it became too much to handle and he shut it down. I mostly buy from Rani Foods in Houston, and by chance they have just started a wholesale division for resellers. It is missing a link for someone who can clear customs and help labelling to Mexican requirements, especially the new ones. Anyways - Sorry, Enjoy! https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2017/jan/12/who-killed-the-british-curry-house
