CHILLIN 1,681 Posted January 7 Author Report Share Posted January 7 This is worth trying. A whole, complex new taste and aroma. Sweeter than I imagined, with just a touch of bitterness. Like black strap molasses rather than fancy molasses. Use it like you would use roasted garlic cloves. Would be nice in a dip with mayo and cream cheese. So many possibilities. This stuff is the Srichcha chile of 2021. Easy to do. We used an old rice cooker on the warm setting. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
