CHILLIN Posted January 7, 2021 Author Report Share Posted January 7, 2021 This is worth trying. A whole, complex new taste and aroma. Sweeter than I imagined, with just a touch of bitterness. Like black strap molasses rather than fancy molasses. Use it like you would use roasted garlic cloves. Would be nice in a dip with mayo and cream cheese. So many possibilities.
