Black Garlic?

This is worth trying. A whole, complex new taste and aroma. Sweeter than I imagined, with just a touch of bitterness. Like black strap molasses rather than fancy molasses. Use it like you would use roasted garlic cloves. Would be nice in a dip with mayo and cream cheese. So many possibilities. This stuff is the Srichcha chile of 2021.

Easy to do. We used an old rice cooker on the warm setting.
