My experience was years ago, and was better than excellent, including setup in my Chapala home.

Contact Hall Microcomputers in Guadalajara. They have a website, and will do phone contact, etc. They also do periodic service visits to Lakeside.

I bought my iMac in Andares Plaza in Guadalajara in the Mac store. It came with a wireless Spanish key board. So I ordered an English from Amazon for IMacs.

So my computer was one year old in October works like new. It is for sale next week If interested contact me at vetteforron@yahoo.com. I will send stats.

The online Apple store Mexico delivered my Air in 2 days, no problems.

Thanks. That prompts even more questions! Delivered to your house or Mail Box? Delivered by what carrier? Was it packed inside a non descript outer box? Was there some kind of delivery confirmation required. How long ago?

Big thanks for your help.

What worked for me -- Purchased online from Apple Mexico www.apple.com/mx.  Sent to iShop&Mail office in San Antonio.  No mailbox, fee is 30 pesos.  Delivered via FedEx in 2-3 days.  Packed inside a plain carton. No added duties or taxes.  Tracking, delivery confirmation via text messages.  iShop&Mail signs for the package; buyer signs when picking it up.  June 2020.

Great detail! Thanks. Prompts another question: were you able to pay with a US credit card?
