Mostlylost
Free flu shots have been provided by the Mexican Government at the centros de salud in Chapala and San Antonio for months. They are the vaccine that the Mexican health department determined was the right one for Mexico.

TIV = Trivalent and QIV = Quadrivalent. The free shots at the various clinics and hospitals here are TIV. The LCS shots are QIV. https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/21645515.2019.1678997 Public health and economic impact of switching from a trivalent to a quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine in Mexico In the retrospective model, the base case analysis showed that over the six influenza seasons from 2010/2011 to 2015/2016, replacing TIV with QIV would have prevented 270,596 additional influenza cases, 102,000 general practitioner (GP) consultations, 140,062 days of absenteeism, 3,323 hospitalizations, and 312 deaths (Table 1). Young children aged 0 to 4 years would have benefited the most from a switch to QIV, this age group accounting for 43% of the avoided influenza cases, 36% of avoided influenza-related GP consultations, and 49% of avoided hospitalizations (Supplemental Table 3). Adults aged ≥ 60 years also benefited substantially, since 91% of the prevented deaths were within this age group.

cedros
If you use google maps and enter centro de salud, san juan cosala it is clearly shown but this board won't let me post the map. On Calle La Paz about a block and a bit south of Viva Mexico restaurant. Open 8:30 am until 2:30 I think.
