adolphsj
Our Bancomer debit cards indicate they expire end of November. Do we go in and see a banker early November or do they have the card ready well in advance (doubt)? Do both wife and myself have to go in person vs just one going in with both cards, passports, acct information, etc. Gracias in advance. ednet94
With Banamex they send the replacement cards to my address during the month the old ones expires. I imagine other banks will do the same.
John Shrall
That's the way it's supposed to work and in the past BBVA has mailed replacement cards to the house and required a signature. Who's to say the same policy is in effect today when nothing works the way it used to?
vetteforron
In Jocotepec, I go inside and in 5 minutes at the window I have a new card. Then go to the ATM to activate.
