If you are close enough to anyone to hand them candy, unless your arms are 6 feet long, you're too close. What part of that is unclear?
RickS
I saw advertised...NOB.... a 6-8' cardboard tube about 3" diameter. One puts treats in their end and they slide out the other end right into the babes hands. A piece of PVC conduit would also work.
mudgirl
I doubt anyone is going to spending time sterilizing the wrappers of the candy they give out. What if the packaging is contaminated? The kids will unwrap the candy, and shove it in their mouths. Wonder how many kids are going to be coming down with COVID after Halloween.

bmh
In France no one s allowed out so that solves the problem , although almost no one goes out to trick or treat since it is not a tradition there. Being French , I like than no tradition part and I will not be opening the door either.

I'm wondering how 'accurate' this list is... in the translation. Does it make sense to close stores until 7PM?

Colo-Rick
"Does it make sense to close stores until 7PM?" My wife is a Mexican who speaks English very well. She often says "until" when she means "starting at". Something about the translation...that is how they think it.
