I have persevered with them for hours on end, finally gotten a work order number and still they will not come to fix the telephone line. HELP! mudgirl Posted October 12, 2020 Report Share Posted October 12, 2020 You have to look for a Telmex vehicle in your area, and tell them you'll pay them 200 pesos to come fix your problem.
