Perhaps I was a little curious as I rented this space for 8 years for Jasmine's Classic India, but they've done a great job spiffing the place up. It's a large space and they were filling it with shelves and counters and bringing in boxes of products.  The young woman, Chrystal told me that they'll have party supplies. pinatas, sweets from cheap to expensive, spices, nuts and planning on having a regular Sunday barbeque. Opening Oct.13th, noon, Parroquia #12A on the Ajijic plaza.

Went by today to stock up on Halloween candy and what a sellection they had!  I chose two bags of individually wrapped candies, but I've learned my lesson.  You never know how many neighborhood kids will come by and you're stuck with a half bag of lollipops.  So this time I bought something I like to share, just in case I have to eat the remainder.... Dulcelandia has sugar skulls, candy in bulk, american bars, homemade sweets and locally made (Guadalajara) from Del la Rosa and Mottee, plus balloons and everything else for a party.

I don't think they are 'allowing' trick or treating but lots need their sugar fix (babies, kids and adults); personally it's lights off, lay low, disconnect door bell - kids are little germ factories and I ain't gonna risk coming into contact with them.
