jrod 195
REPUVE: Registro Público Vehicular is the federal vehicle registration that contains all the data on each vehicle registered in the country. Do not remove it. Here are a website as well as a youtube video that explain the purpose. https://www.gob.mx/sesnsp/acciones-y-programas/registro-publico-vehicular-repuve-168639This https://www.gob.mx/sesnsp/acciones-y-programas/registro-publico-vehicular-repuve-168639This

CHILLIN 1,648
I asked our driver today and he said that this was for newer cars. I wouldn't trust my translation, but I think it says after 1998.

Not. My 2015 Nissan was definitely made in Mexico, and came with this sticker. If you watch the video it explains that every car in Mexico is to have one (from the time this program started) and it contains an AMAZING amount of info.
ea93105 259
I had to remove mine from the windshield that was being replaced. I keep it in the glove box with other papers. Traffic police don't look or ask for it.

Our new vehicle also came with the REPUVE sticker.
