I admit I have never hired them but I have had three steam or vapor cleaners and I know exactly what they can do, or not do. Do they know what they are doing? I don' t know, but it is the right tool to use in so many household and commercial applications. I suspect they will exceed your expectations. If you really like the results, I doubt you want to spend $3 to $4,000 for a commercial machine, and probably terrify yout existing cleaner if you make them use it.
