Two or three times a year we see news stories of one of these type of operations closing shop and leaving everyone helpless. It takes months if not years for the government to step in and try to help those with accounts that have been left with nothing. Stick with a national or international bank with local and multiple branches and their own ATM's. There are plenty of choices here.
