lynn rattray
anyone familiar with the mexican consulate in Nogales? I need to confirm they process visa applications (I've tried calling). Also anyone have experience at the san diego consulate? i have heard they are difficult to work with (esp. with covid). Also any know whether financial statements (banks or investment co.) have to be notarized?

MJD
I know several people who used the Nogales, AZ Mexican Consulate for their Permanente or Temporal. We used Tucson Consulate and they were friendly.
Travelero
Nogales, no. Tucson and Phoenix have been okay with just printed online bank statements (no notary no stamp from the bank). Or regular mailed statements if you have the past few months still.
