AngusMactavish
You might try their embassy in CDMX for an interpreter at: https://www.swedenabroad.se/sv/utlandsmyndigheter/mexico-mexico-city/
cedros
Peter the guy who owns the Scandinavian bakery in Laguna mall and Jocotepec is Swedish. He is a very helpful person and a swell fellow . I am sure he would do it. Ask at Laguna mall. He is fluent in at least 3 languages.
Cronopio
Try using the google translate app on a smartphone. You take a photo of the letter and the app translates it.
B Clark
Hi, my wife is Swedish. She left Sweden almost 50 years ago, but I would imagine that she would be able to translate the document for you, as long as you don't need an official legal translation. In other words, if you just need to know what the document says. If you take a photo of the document or scan it, feel free to send it by email <beclark.personal@gmail.com> or to my whatsapp 33 1157 5561 2
