AngusMactavish
The best oil processed the best way in Tamaulipas. It is now available in three cultivars. The story has been told before and now mentioned as the product is again available on Amazon MX. rckrckr
Today I bought Olivo del Cielo Arbequina variety at Walmart. 500ml for $100p. Amazon sells it for $180p, plus shipping if not a Prime member.

Bisbee Gal
I tried to find a source in the US which carries and ships quality MXN olive oil within the US, for a gift to a friend. No luck. I did find a few Baja sourced oils but would like to find a brand from Tamaulipas. Appreciate any recommendations to do this.
AngusMactavish
There is only one brand from Tamaulipas. They once had only English on their labels and exported it to the US because it is such high quality. I bought directly at their facility and paid 90 pesos per 500 ml. Edited August 11, 2020 by AngusMactavish Correct bottle size price.

Bisbee Gal
Central Market is part of HEB stores and they don't ship, only pick-up or local delivery at a few select stores in TX. And while they apparently stocked that brand in 2016, a search through their current inventory found none. But thanks for the tip.

CHILLIN
Ordered all three. Can't wait for the good stuff. Also picked up some Lazzaraduci Italian expresso. Expensive, but so worth it on a Sunday morning.
