happyjillin
At my request Ranchito Cremeria is now baking these and they are outstanding, especially with a German imported beer. Eating the traditional way by dipping in the sweet Mazamitla cultured butter. They bake them with cheese too but original type is with salt crust. 1

happyjillin
They are taking by order only. Best bet is to go to their facebook page or go to their shop. I believe the next batch will be sometime in the next 10 days

happyjillin
Next batch Friday Aug.28,1-4 for pickup. Must pre-order on their FB page. From the looks of things, orders are going to go over 100 units. Don't be afraid to bulk order the traditional salted. I froze some with my bagging gadget and they were as good as fresh when thawed. Baggies work too but NEVER vacuum seal them if you use a gadget.

johanson
Allen, when I do not know what something means I often go to Mr. Google and ask him. He showed me several examples of bagging gadgets with pictures of gadgets that make bags.

I bought one like this on Amazon and will never have to buy baggies again. It does regular sealed bags and vacuum seal. No more freezer burn. The point is in regards to all of the recent hand ringing about not being able to find BAGGIES on the shelf anywhere. I have rolls and rolls of packaging material to play with and for less than BAGGIES and 2 ways of packaging with them.
