Natasha
Call (Guad) 33 3823 3220 They will ask questions and if they determine the need will send people out to test you. A friend in Ajijic has been thru this.... they came in HazMat suits! Test results will be relayed to you in a few days.

Ajijic is just a a small pueblo therein so you will never get that info from any gov't stats. So nobody knows.

geeser
Call a good GP like Dr. Juan Lastra Berriozabal 766-1740 or mobile 333-676-3515 and he will try to help you decide if you do have symptoms. If he recommends you come in he will instruct you as to a special time when there is no one else in waiting room. His office is at Constitution #75 in Ajijic close to corner with Aldama. Even in the USA if you suspect Covid 19, you call, they don't want you just walking into the waiting room. It is being successfully treated with drugs that are available here. It seems if you go to the hospital the chances of getting out alive decrease.
Xena
If you do not already have an established relationship with a doctor here please do find one BEFORE you get sick. You can interview several doctors if you wish. When you find one who is a good fit, get an exam and open a file with that doctor. Please do not wait until you are ill to call a doctor who has never seen you before and knows nothing about you, especially not if the first time they see you is a possible covid19 emergency. Semalu
Some good advice above. If you do call the Covid hotline, be prepared with recent temperature reading and a list of all symptoms. You pretty much have tick all the boxes before they will send someone out to test you.
