Anyone know if walking in the Joco park with a dog is allowed?

According to Governor Alfaro's talk yesterday, he said that all parks are still closed; however, he clarified that walkers and dog-walkers can venture to the streets individually for exercise.

My dog and I walk over to the Jocotepec malecon fairly often. We don't come in the main entrance but via the north end. There are quite a few walking there and dogs.

If anyone has not been to the Joco malecon, I suggest you give it a try.  Very unique in my humble opinion.

I think it is the nicest one on the lake.

Theoretically, all the malecons and parks are still closed.

The Jocotepec one is worth visiting.  Too bad there are so many topes between it and its easterly neighbors.  That gets in the way of visiting more often.

Well at least for now there's not nearly as many as there were.  We'll have to see how many get put back.

Most of the topes have been removed.
