Mexican neosporin ?

Over 25 years ago my family doctor (in Canada) said "whenever you think Polysporin or Neosporin, use Bactroban instead".... and he was right. MUCH better!  Generic ointment in most farmacias.... known a MUPIROCINA.  No Rx needed.  Just got some this week at Farmacia Guadalajara Ajijic, but pretty sure  it will be almost anywhere.
