HoneyBee
Do some of you remember the Muppet Show with Kermite the frog. Is it still produced ? If it is, I think the producer could find some great material on this board as well as the other board to keep us entertained until this pandemic crisis is over 😂
lcscats
Muppet show is long gone. Muppets are now owned by Disney.

CHILLIN
The Muppets these days are a game called Animal Crossing: New Horizon, for the handheld tablet Nintendo Switch. Fun for all ages, worldwide audience, easy to play. Great distraction for places with no wi- fi, waiting rooms, hospitals, etc. There are many other games as well. Sorn
If so, I'll be in the balcony with Statler and Waldorf.

CHILLIN
What is a Muppet? Like a Smurf? Way before my time or interest.

I have never seen those shows, or Sesame Street, although I aware of them. Maybe it is differe nt for those of you who raised children. I am bored enough to buy a Nintendo Switch and enter the 2020's. Sorry, accidental paste. Good video anyways.
ComputerGuy
Heck, I was watching Sesame Street in college in 72. We didn't have a whole lotta TV choices.
CHILLIN
Nope, not for me, I would rush home to watch The Forest Rangers, then Razzle Dazzle, then, unusually, Take 30, with Adrien Clarkson. I think I had a bit of a crush on her. She went on to become Governor General of Canada.
HoneyBee
Hey Sorn, for a while I thought I was the only one that watched the Muppet comedy show (the 2 old muppet men are probably my favorite).

I think we're talking about the same ones. The two cranky guys in the balcony were Statler and Waldorf. Apparently, they were named in honor of two famous hotels in New York. I can't verify that, but their running commentary was my favorite part of the show.
