asisis
I have always called 1 800 123 2222 for tech help and then asked for an English speaking agent. It is a Mexican 800 number so do not be using a VPN to call it. Only works within Mexico
Mostlylost
Yes worked today and English help was quick. As posted by asisis 800 numbers in Mexico only work for calls originating in Mexico

Simply dial the 10 digits, beginning with 800.....

ComputerGuy
The 01-800-123-2222 works fine from my TelMex landline. Same without the 01. Using just "1" first does not work. On a cell, use only 800.
Natasha
The 01-800 etc works for now because one year grace period for people to adjust. After that, same as locally.... only the 10 digits..... land line OR cell, or either one to/from the other
