My son the Canadian has lived in and worked in London for several years so he flew to BC end of last week to be with his fiance and family so he wouldn't be alone or arrested for going out in London. He is self isolating there for 2 week at the family cottage.
ComputerGuy
Yes, I have a very good friend in London who was supposed to be here right now, but of course all flights were cancelled. He is isolated and tells me there is no one allowed in the parks.

ea93105
She must have observed a local community park where police had not yet arrived or couldn't due to being spread thin. Impressive police showing at the beach !

donenrique
They're kicking people off the malecon and out of the plaza to discourage gatherings. And to discourage tapatios from coming / staying here for this traditional big holiday and tourist destination.
bmh
In Paris the parks were open but people cannot assemble, they have to walk at firt in groups lesser than 5, I think that now they cut it down to one person and they ended up closing the parks.
