Mijo
I haven’t seen any construction workers in the abandoned multi level housing project in San Antonio east of Walmart on the lakeside. Did they run out of money. The old signs say all units sold. What’s up?
Kyle
They probably took the ,only and ran. No guarantees in Mexico. With all these new high end developments going up I think a lot are going to go bust. Most gringos moving here now are trying to down size after being upsidedown in homeownership in the North, both US and Canada

There or people around beside Gringos...like Tapitos with money to invest 1
Kyle
Gringos are a large part of the market. If the traffic continues even tapitios won't want to come here. Just my opinion

SunFan
The project has been stopped by the municipal government. Their building permit had expired. SunFan

It will get done, be patient, and move on from the doomsday conjecture. How could the world go on without so many "opinions"? Rome wasn´t built in a day and neither will this project.

Mainecoons
Is this the new replacement for the "black hole" of El Dorado that sat there for over a decade?

Building #2 there, the Radisson hotel was to be up and running in 2018, per their website. There is only an outer shell there now.

I know of one buyer, a Mexican lady in Riberas. I'd be very skeptical they are all or even more than a few sold.
