They probably took the ,only and ran. No guarantees in Mexico.  With all these new high end developments going up I think a lot are going to go bust.  Most gringos moving here now are trying to down size after being upsidedown in homeownership in the North, both US and Canada

That is a below the belt and irresponsible comment. There or people around beside Gringos...like Tapitos with money to invest

I think a third of that development is office commercial and attractive for both Foreign and Mexican investment

Intercam (banking operation),  has already leased a larger space than their Ajijic location for a second facility here in the Municipio of Chapala.  It will get done, be patient, and move on from the doomsday conjecture.

How could the world go on without so many "opinions"?   :D  Rome wasn´t built in a day and neither will this project.

Is this the new replacement for the "black hole" of El Dorado that sat there for over a decade?

Building #2 there, the Radisson hotel was to be up and running in 2018, per their website.  There is only an outer shell there now.

Yes but that sure looks a lot better than it was before.

I've noticed this project next to the Coca Cola plant has seemed to stop and start several times now.  I know of one buyer, a Mexican lady in Riberas.  I'd be very skeptical they are all or even more than a few sold.
