LCS Notices
In a couple of weeks, Mexico will undertake the once every 10 year, Census. For Expats, this is very important for our community as it gives information to the government about the services our community needs. It adds to the strengh of our relationship with the government entities in allowing us to have a voice at the table. We would like to invite you to an important town hall meeting to hear how the census works, how you can be a part of it and to answer questions you may have. The law requires that a census be done of every household even if you are not a citizen. Please join us tor this important presentation, this coming Tuesday, February 25, at 4 PM at the Neil James Patio of Lake Chapala Society. See you there! Warm regards, Carole Wolff President The Lake Chapala Society enriches the quality of life through the exchange of knowledge, expertise, culture, heritage and language.
