CHILLIN 1,680 Posted January 30, 2020 Report Share Posted January 30, 2020 Under the new law if domestic workers wanted a union, they only need 30% to start, then build up membership over 4 years. They are not allowed to require anyone to join the union or association. The new laws give a lot of bite for Mexican workers, after 50 years of government neglect and corruption.
