Description: Is pozole a soup or a stew? Come and discover with us. We will teach you how to prepare this very traditional Mexican dish. Pozole is always an important dish in a Traditional Mexican Fiesta. Originally, pozole was considered a sacred dish due to the use of the trademark large hominy kernels combined with meat. A slightly gruesome claim from pozole’s history is that it was supposedly once made with human flesh of sacrificed prisoners.
